No problem. If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, or received the wrong item, we have you covered.
Go ahead and email us within 15 days of your purchase at email@example.com with your order number and reason for your return!
We’re just a few friends with a passion for socks, but we pride ourselves on what we do and on our customer service. So if we messed up your order, we want to make it right. In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will cover all shipping and return costs and make sure to get those perfect socks that complete your outfit into your hands ASAP.
To return unwashed, unworn merchandise for any other reason (not the right fit, changed your mind, found out you’re allergic to socks), just send us the order number and reason for your return at the given email, and we will get you on your way to shipping your purchase back to us and getting your money refunded or your item(s) exchanged.
